Meeting with Bar Association Representatives

During the discussion, Shri Patel talked to the representatives about the judicial infrastructure, the new court complex, and related matters in Udaipur, and also sought their suggestions.
The Bar Association representatives, while submitting the memorandum, highlighted that the people of Southern Rajasthan have been deprived of social, economic, judicial, and constitutional rights, as they cannot easily access the state's highest court (the High Court). They mentioned that for the past 43 years, the people of this region have been demanding the establishment of a permanent bench of the Rajasthan High Court in Udaipur. The memorandum further argued that based on the region's special historical, geographical, economic, and social conditions, as well as constitutional provisions, it is necessary to set up the permanent bench in Udaipur.
Present at the meeting were Shambhu Singh Rathore, Ramesh Nandwana, Bharat Kumar Vaishnav, Bar Association Executive President Bharat Joshi, General Secretary Rajesh Sharma, Vice President Banshi Lal Gawariya, Finance Secretary Pankaj Tamboli, along with advocates Ramkripa Sharma, Gajpal Singh Rathore, Ashutosh Puri Goswami, and others.
