Udaipur, As part of the 150th birth anniversary celebrations of Bhagwan Birsa Munda, the Tribal Regional Development Department, in coordination with the district administration and Vanvasi Kalyan Parishad, is organizing the Tribal Pride Festival on November 16 in Kotda. Honorable Vice President of India, Shri Jagdeep Dhankhar, will attend the event as the Chief Guest.
To review the preparations for the event, a meeting was held on Monday at the office of the Divisional Commissioner, chaired by Divisional Commissioner and TAD Commissioner, Pragnya Kevalramani. During the meeting, Commissioner Kevalramani discussed necessary arrangements at the event site, including logistics, the convoy, protocol, and volunteer coordination. She sought updates from the concerned departmental officials regarding the progress of preparations and issued necessary instructions.
The Commissioner emphasized that to ensure the success of the Tribal Pride Festival, all officers and staff involved must carry out their assigned responsibilities with mutual coordination. She also directed that all arrangements for the Vice President's visit must be made in accordance with the established protocol and completed on time.
The meeting was attended by Additional Divisional Commissioner Chhogaram Devas, ADM City War Singh, Additional Commissioner TAD Geeteshree Malviya, CEO of District Council Hemendra Nagar, and officials from various departments.
