Expert Architects Highlight the Importance of Architecture to Students

World Architecture Day Celebrated

Udaipur . World Architecture Day was celebrated on Monday with various events. A program was organized at the Government Higher Secondary School in Thoor, near the district headquarters, under the auspices of the Kashti Foundation and the Indian Institute of Architects. 

During the event, sketch artist and architect Sunil Laddha, along with architects Sanjeev Gupta, Rohit Sen, and Mansi Gandhi, provided students with fascinating insights into the history of architecture, its evolving forms in the modern era, and the principles of Vastu Shastra.

**Fascination with Architectural Tools:**

Architect Sunil Laddha emphasized the significance and utility of architecture, using a PowerPoint presentation and architectural tools to raise awareness among students about various technical aspects. He engaged with students by illustrating how to create building plans that align with contemporary preferences and showcased various useful tools for architects. Laddha also discussed innovations by emerging architects and encouraged students to consider architecture as a career opportunity. The presence of renowned architects left the students both astonished and excited.

During the event, Architect Sanjeev Gupta shed light on the principles of Vastu Purush and architecture. Rohit Sen and Mansi Gandhi discussed the nature of Vastu Shastra and ancient architectural techniques, providing valuable information on various aspects of architecture. Principal Deepak Gaur welcomed the attendees and elaborated on the objectives of the program.
