Teaching Life Values is the Core Objective of Vidya Bharati - Dr. Santosh Anand

A one-day workshop for the principals and management committee members of 24 schools operated by Vidya Bharati in Banswara district was held at Vidya Niketan Higher Secondary School, Mandarshwar. 

The workshop was guided by key figures including Dr. Santosh Anand, President of Vidya Bharati Chittaur Province; Secretary Maneng Patel; member Prakash Sharma; President of Vidya Bharati Banswara, Ramesh Brijwasi; District Minister Navneet Shukla; and Vice President Dr. Deepika Rao. The introduction of the guests was conducted by District Secretary Lalit Dave.

In the first session, Secretary Maneng Patel emphasized the importance of planning for educational quality. He urged attendees to approach even minor details in the education sector with careful consideration, ensuring that the educational quality for students is both effective and practical. He called upon each school to work passionately on their unique strengths.

In the second session, Dr. Santosh Anand shared his thoughts on the National Education Policy 2020, stating that Vidya Bharati’s education aligns perfectly with all aspects of the policy. He highlighted that the policy advocates for education infused with life values, which has always been a cornerstone of Vidya Bharati's mission. Both Vidya Bharati and the National Education Policy aim for India-centric education, aimed at restoring India's forgotten glory.

He described the members of the school's management committee as the foundation of school progress, urging them to dedicate their time and commitment for the national interest. He noted that their continuous efforts for the physical and educational advancement of the school reflect their goodwill towards society.

Discussions during the committee meetings focused on meeting basic facilities and educational enhancement for the schools. The workshop was coordinated by District Secretary Lalit Kumar Dave, with gratitude expressed by Navneet Shukla, District Minister of Vidya Bharati Banswara.
