Inner Wheel Club Udaipur Donates TVs to Schools, Brightening Students’ Faces

Udaipur: The Inner Wheel Club has donated televisions to two schools—Sanskrit School in Pratap Nagar and a government school in Pahada—to promote the holistic development of students.

Club President Chandrakala Kothari emphasized that televisions are a vital medium for enhancing the talents of students in government schools and supporting their overall growth. She highlighted that these donations were made through the support of Asha Kunawat.

Club Secretary Dr. Seema Champawat mentioned that for children aiming to build careers and expand their general knowledge for various competitive exams, televisions provide a wealth of information on diverse topics, from news to sports. "Students can gain knowledge about the world while sitting in their classrooms," she said.

Former President and supporter Asha Kunawat added that televisions not only enhance children's general knowledge and provide entertainment but also serve as significant educational tools, acting as smart classrooms. "We are delighted to donate this important resource for the benefit of the students," she stated.

On this occasion, students expressed their joy, noting that without a television at home, they felt disconnected from the world. With the new TVs in school, they are excited to access a wealth of information.

Inner Wheel Club members Maya Kumbhat, Vandana Sharma, Asha Kunawat, and Chandrakala Kothari were present during the event. This initiative has benefited around 500 students.
