Formation of Oswal Sabha Women's Wing: Kiran Pokharna President, Vandana Babel Secretary

In the Oswal Bhavan premises, a meeting of women members was convened to establish the Oswal Sabha Women's Wing, witnessing enthusiastic participation from over 100 women. The meeting commenced with the recitation of the Navkar Mantra, and each woman present introduced herself, offering valuable suggestions during the session.

Notably, Oswal Sabha previously operated a women's organization named Oswal Mahila Manch, led by Maya Siroiya and Kaushalya Jain. This organization, under their leadership, consistently organized various programs over an extended period.

On this occasion, Prakashchandra Kothari, the President of Oswal Sabha, shared his thoughts. Kiran Pokharna was appointed as the President, and Vandana Babel as the Secretary of the Oswal Sabha Women's Wing. Under their leadership, a detailed discussion on expanding the executive committee was conducted, focusing on ensuring representation from women across various sectors in Udaipur.

Secretary Anandilal Bamboria boosted the enthusiasm of the women present, and Kiran Pokharna briefed about future plans, emphasizing wholehearted collaboration by all. Vandana Babel invited more women to join the organization in larger numbers. Dr. Pramila Jain, the President of Sangini Main, highlighted the crucial role women can play in advancing society. Snehlatamogra expressed gratitude to all attending women.

The program was conducted by Dr. Neeta Mehta, and Shilpa Pokharna and Snehlatakanthalia welcomed the guest women by applying a ceremonial tilak. Uma Kothari, Anita Gandhi, Sadhna Mehta, Anita Bhanawat, Rekha Bhanawat, and others were also present at the meeting.
