Udaipur: Following the directives of the esteemed secretary of the Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority, Jaipur, ADJ Kuldeep Sharma conducted inspections of Sakhi Van Stop Center, Bal Griha operated by Seva Parmo Dharma, Government Kishore Gruh, Government Observation Home, and the Rain Basera located at the Stand.
Under the guidance of the Chief Forest Conservator Wildlife Raj Kumar Jain, Sharma also visited the Rajkiya Vridhashram and the Mahila Paramarsh Kendra at Hiran Magri Police Station. During the visit, ADJ Sharma briefed law students interning with the authority in Udaipur about the activities of the authority.
Sharma emphasized the importance of these facilities and their adherence to guidelines. He checked the attendance register of staff at the Sakhi Van Stop Center and inspected the feedback register of women who had previously stayed there. He gathered information about the facilities provided to children at the Government Kishore Gruh and Government Observation Home.
In addition, during the visit to Tara Sansthan-managed Rajkiya Vridhashram in Balicha, Sharma learned about the rights of the elderly residents and discussed their issues. At Hiran Magri Police Station, while visiting the Mahila Paramarsh Kendra, he gathered information about women visiting the center and their issues.
Furthermore, during the visit to the Bal Kalyan Samiti in Udaipur, discussions were held on preventing child labor and measures to stop child marriages. A campaign awareness drive about "Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao," "Stop Child Marriage," and the Rain Basera campaign was conducted in Badgaon and Chitrakoot Nagar areas.
