Udaipur : Energy Minister of the state, Heeralal Nagar, arrived in Udaipur on a two-day visit and participated in various events.
On Monday morning, he attended the program organized at Court Circle on the occasion of Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Jayanti. He paid his respects by offering flowers at the statue of Babasaheb. During the event, he emphasized that Babasaheb's contribution to the creation of the Indian Constitution is well known. His provisions on social justice have made it possible for marginalized communities to participate in the country's development. He further stated that both the central government under Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the state government under the leadership of Bhajanlal Sharma are working to give practical shape to Babasaheb's vision.
Present at the event were Udaipur Rural MLA Phool Singh Meena, social worker Pramod Samar, Gajpal Singh, Paras Singhvi, and Jinendra Shastri.
Following this, Minister Nagar visited Geetanjali Hospital to inquire about the health of former Cabinet Minister Nandlal Meena, father of Revenue Minister Hemant Meena. He also met with Punjab Governor and Chandigarh Administrator Gulabchand Kataria for a courtesy visit.
On 15 April, Minister Nagar will chair a departmental review meeting with officials from Udaipur, Rajsamand, and Salumber districts at the Zila Parishad auditorium to discuss the progress of departmental plans and review the summer plans.
