Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), Udaipur is observing Customer Service Month with the objective of enhancing service quality and ensuring customer satisfaction. On this occasion, special customer service camps will be organized every Thursday in April from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the BSNL Customer Service Center, located in Hiran Magri, Udaipur.
Shri Hariprasad Meena, Principal General Manager of BSNL Udaipur, informed that the purpose of these camps is to assist customers in resolving any issues related to their telecom services such as FTTH, Mobile, Lease Line, etc.
Customers facing problems related to billing, network connectivity, or any other telecom-related services are encouraged to participate and seek solutions directly at the camp.
Feedback and suggestions from customers regarding BSNL services will also be welcomed during the camps.
