Vijay Prakash Viplavi Awarded Ph.D. Degree

 Vijay Prakash Viplavi, a former councillor and social worker, has been awarded a Ph.D. (Vidya Vachaspati) degree from Mohanlal Sukhadia University. Viplavi conducted research on the topic "Personality and Works of Deendayal Upadhyaya: A Study" from the Department of Journalism and Mass Communication, Faculty of Social Sciences. The research was guided by Assistant Professor Dr. Baludan Barahath. Viplavi had earlier completed postgraduate studies in three subjects and passed the LLB examination. At the age of 56, he has now achieved the Ph.D. degree.
