Launch and Discussion of Three Children's Books by Senior Writer Asha Pandey Ojha

Udaipur. A program for the launch and discussion of three children's books by senior writer Asha Pandey Ojha "Asha," who has authored a total of eleven books, was held under the joint aegis of Rajasthan Sahitya Akademi Udaipur and All India Sahitya Parishad Udaipur. The event took place in the library premises of Rajasthan Sahitya Akademi. The chief guest of the event was renowned writer and former president of Rajasthan Language, Literature, and Culture Academy, Bikaner, Dr. Dev Kothari, and the program was chaired by well-known children's author and editor of *Bal Vatika* magazine, Dr. Bhairulal Garg.

Dr. Dev Kothari, the chief guest, emphasized the importance of such children's books reaching every school, as they can help instill values and humanity in children. Chairing the session, Dr. Bhairulal Garg highlighted the need for moral values, patriotism, and a sense of duty to be more prominent in children's literature. He praised Asha Pandey Ojha's books for fulfilling this requirement. Dr. Sanchay Jain, the special guest and editor of *Bachon Ki Desh* magazine, spoke about the emotional intelligence conveyed through these books, noting its increasing importance in today's technological age. He also urged publishers to pay special attention to illustrations in children's books. Senior literary figure Dinesh Panchal elaborated on the musicality, meter, and literary devices present in the songs of Asha Pandey Ojha's books. The secretary of Rajasthan Sahitya Akademi, Basant Singh Solanki, spoke about the titles of the three books, their content, and their significance. It is notable that Asha Pandey Ojha is writing across various literary genres.

**Review and Recitations Enchanted the Audience**

The first book, *Khel-Khel Mein Seekhein*, was reviewed by Dr. Kunjun Acharya, Tarun Dadhich, and Dr. Chandrakanta Bansal. The second book, *Chalo Chalen Hum Gaon*, was reviewed by Swati Shakunt, Dr. Kamini Vyas Rawal, and Shakuntala Paliwal. The third book, *Chidiya Aati Aangan Mein*, was discussed and reviewed by Dr. Krishna Bihari Pathak (Hindaun City), Shivdan Singh Johlawas, and Sunita Nimis Singh. Dr. Upvan Pandya 'Ujala' and Dr. Priyanka Bhatt presented recitations from these children's song books. 

The event also saw the presence of senior literary figures, social workers, educators, and founders of various institutions, including Dr. Rajgopal Bunkar, Prakash Tated, Professor Vimal Sharma, Gaurikant Sharma, Dr. Manish Shrimali, Srinivas Iyer, Bilal Pathan, P. Kumar, C.K. Vyas, Anita Dev, Meenakshi Panwar, Naresh Sharma, Jagdish Tiwari, Ramdayal Mehra, Rajesh Mehta, Khursheed Nawab, Rakesh Sutwal, Pushkar Guptaeshwar, Dr. Reena Menaria, Dr. Nitin Menaria, Ashish Sisodia, Jitendra Pandey from the Rajasthan Administrative Services, among others. The program was conducted by Kapil Paliwal and Vijay Maru, with the vote of thanks delivered by Karuna Dashora.
