Launch of Brochure for the Proposed Ekatm Abhiyan in Udaipur

Udaipur: The brochure for the proposed Ekatm Abhiyan, which will be launched across 8 states in India, was unveiled by Ms. Riya Dabi, Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad Udaipur. The event was organized under the joint aegis of the Ministry of Culture, Government of India, and the Heartfulness Institute. Ms. Dabi expressed confidence that the campaign would benefit people from all walks of life, both men and women. She emphasized that participating in these sessions would provide the residents of the state’s villages with opportunities to enhance their physical, mental, and emotional development, while also strengthening personal, familial, and community relationships.

Dr. Rakesh Dashora, Heartfulness Center Coordinator, provided information about the Ekatm Abhiyan, explaining that the program would be conducted in 1800 villages across the state, with the goal of “Every Heart Meditation, Every Day.” The program will focus on the well-being of rural citizens through subtle asanas, pranayama, mudras, and meditation. The initiative aims to promote internal harmony and personal development by teaching lifelong skills such as meditation, purification, stress relief, and connection with one’s inner self. Special yoga asanas, pranayama, and mudras will be taught, focusing on stress relief, physical weakness, high blood pressure, concentration issues, and emotional development.

Heartfulness representatives also requested permission from the CEO to organize these sessions at community centers, schools, and other suitable locations in rural areas. They assured that trained volunteers would ensure that the sessions are conducted smoothly, adhering to all necessary guidelines and protocols, and will be free of charge.

On this occasion, Heartfulness trainer Dr. Subodh Sharma, former Dean of MPUAT, and Rajsamand District Coordinator Mr. Devilal Chandel were also present. Udaipur District Coordinator, Mr. Sua Lal Meena, Income Tax Officer, expressed gratitude for the time, trust, encouragement, and support extended by all involved.
