The oath-taking and calendar launch event of the Maldaas Street Trade Association was successfully held at the Terapanth Bhavan. The newly elected President Mayank Lodha, General Secretary Ajay Badala, and Treasurer Gopal Agarwal, along with their team, took the oath of office, administered by Rajasthan's Cooperation Minister Gautam Dutt. The calendar was launched by the Governor of Punjab, His Excellency Gulabchand Kataria. During the event, Kataria discussed the proposal to ban vehicle entry in the Old City area to promote business growth and shared ideas on how to increase customer traffic.
The special guest of the ceremony was Rural MLA Phoolsingh Meena. Yashwant Anchaliya, President of the Sarrafa Association, emphasized the complementarity of the textile and jewelry businesses. Rakesh Chordia, Vice President of the Field Club, spoke about the importance of business unity, encouraging people to stay connected with the oldest organizations and always be available for any task. Himmat Badala, Executive President of the Chamber of Commerce, was also present. The event began with a brief introduction by Patron Kamal Babel.
