Sandeep Patidar Honored with National Recognition at Jamnagar Agro-Food Processing Awards 2024

Udaipur: the enthusiastic youth entrepreneur from Udaipur, Sandeep Patidar, received national acclaim at the Jamnagar Agro-Food Processing Awards 2024.

Sandeep Patidar, the Director of Amritanjali Ayurved Private Limited, a progressive Ayurvedic company encouraging Ayurvedic products nationwide, was honored at the "Agro Food Processing Award" ceremony held in Jamnagar, Gujarat. Gujarat's Agriculture Minister Raghav Bhai Patel recognized Sandeep Patidar as the best emerging company in the field of agricultural solar dryer manufacturing in India.

Amritanjali Ayurved has been actively involved in establishing new dimensions in agriculture and Ayurveda for years. The company has undertaken various projects to create awareness among the youth about agriculture. Notably, the company has initiated the solar drying process for various Ayurvedic herbs and fruits, exporting them to foreign countries.

Saroj Patel, the Managing Director of the company, revealed that only six companies were selected for this award, and Amritanjali Ayurved secured the first position for its excellence in solar dryer technology and as a leader in the production of agricultural solar dryers.

Amritanjali Ayurved has not only promoted industry establishment through agriculture but also encouraged the reduction of electricity consumption during the industry setup. The company has explored ways to operate industries in the fields using solar energy, aiming to save costs for farmers. They have also educated farmers on the process of using solar dryers for drying a wide range of vegetables and fruits in the fields.
