Under the joint aegis of the Government Public Mandal Library, Kota, and Akhil Bharatiya Sahitya Parishad, Rajasthan (Kota Unit), a grand event titled ‘Yuva Pathak Samvad’ was organized on the occasion of Basant Panchami. The chief guest of the program was Manoj Kumar, National Co-Organization Minister of Akhil Bharatiya Sahitya Parishad, while the special guest was Dr. Vipin Chand Pathak, Regional Organization Minister of Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad. The program was presided over by Dr. Shashi Jain, and the stage was conducted by litterateur Vishnu Sharma 'Harihar'.

The event commenced with the garlanding of Goddess Saraswati’s image and the lighting of the ceremonial lamp. Addressing the youth, chief guest Manoj Kumar stated, "The writings of young authors have the power to guide society. Book fairs and literary events inspire them and encourage literary creation. The younger generation should turn towards books along with digital resources to strengthen and enrich their thinking."

Special guest Dr. Vipin Chand Pathak emphasized, "Literature and libraries are the intellectual assets of society. The Vidyarthi Parishad aims to promote study and intellectual awareness among students. Such events develop reading habits in youth and keep them connected to Indian culture and traditions."

Presiding over the program, Dr. Shashi Jain said, "Basant Panchami is not just a festival of worshiping Goddess Saraswati but also a celebration of new consciousness, fresh energy, and positive thinking. The younger generation should engage more with literature and libraries to enhance their intellectual capabilities."

Young readers and literary enthusiasts also shared their thoughts during the event. In the end, the organizers presented mementos to all the dignitaries and expressed their gratitude.
