New Delhi. In the national capital New Delhi, the preparations for the selected tableaux coming out of the kartvaya path in the main parade of Republic Day this year and the tableaux participating in Bharat Parv-2025 to be held from 26 to 31 January in the historic Red Fort premises of Delhi were press previewed on Wednesday at the Republic Day Parade National Stadium Camp located at Delhi Cantt Parade Ground Delhi Cantt.
This year, 31 tableaux of central ministries including various states will participate in the Republic Day parade, while 43 tableaux of various states including the tableaux included in the main parade will participate in Bharat Parv-2025 to be held from 26 to 31 January in the Red Fort premises.
Although this time Rajasthan's tableau will not be included in the selected tableaux coming out of the path of duty in the Republic Day parade, but in Bharat Parv-2025 to be held in the historic Red Fort premises of Delhi, Rajasthan's tableau 'Sono Rajasthan' will also be included along with the tableaux coming out in the main parade and will become the center of public attraction. A beautiful blend of heritage and development has been done in this tableau. This eye-catching tableau is a beautiful tableau of the rich history, culture and architectural tradition of Rajasthan with the concept of developed India as well as the new construction of the state.
Dr. Rajneesh Harsh of Rajasthan Lalit Kala Academy, the nodal officer of the tableau, told the journalists in the press preview that this beautiful tableau is a beautiful blend of festive culture, architectural tradition and handicrafts of Rajasthan. This time also the tableau has been designed beautifully by the accomplished artist Harshiv Sharma.
The front portion of this amazing tableau includes the beautiful scene of the famous procession of Teej, the traditional festival of Rajasthan, while the back portion depicts the rich heritage of the ancient and rare havelis of Shekhawati. The panel below the tableau shows the old mural paintings and various types of mural designs made in these havelis. Also, a glimpse of the development work done by the Rajasthan government in the field of water conservation and solar energy has also been included in the tableau.
Dr. Harsh said that it has been made under the guidance of Ravi Jain, Secretary to the Government of the State's Art and Culture Department, Deputy Secretary to the Government Brij Mohan Nogia, Divisional Commissioner of Jaipur and Administrator of Rajasthan Lalit Kala Academy, Rashmi Gupta. Recently, the Tourism Department of Rajasthan has made a commendable effort to develop the havelis, which are considered the pride of Rajasthan, and convert them into museums, so that domestic and foreign tourists can see them.
In this cultural tableau, under the concept of developed India, the famous festival of women Teej and water conservation in agriculture and industries, development of solar energy, embedded in the festive culture of Rajasthan have been beautifully displayed. The tableau has been constructed by Inventivo Creation Private Limited fabricator. Artists Harshiv Sharma, Vinay Sharma Samudra Singh and Preeti Solanki entire team of the academy have worked day and night with the fabricator to bring the tableau on the national canvas.
It is worth mentioning that Bharat Parv is being celebrated continuously in Delhi since 2014 on the initiative of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The purpose of this festival is to showcase the cultural splendor of India full of diversity and to encourage the artists.
This time in Bharat Parv, Rajasthan's tableau will also attract the attention of Delhiites and viewers from the country and abroad along with other tableaux.
