Rajasthan Assembly Speaker Vasudev Devnani Appointed as Member of CPA India Region Executive Committee

New Delhi: Vasudev Devnani, the Speaker of the Rajasthan Assembly, has been appointed as a member of the Executive Committee of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association (CPA) India Region. The committee will be chaired by Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla. 

This committee is responsible for overseeing the activities of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association. Its members will also participate in the upcoming Commonwealth Parliamentary Conference scheduled to take place in Australia.

It is noteworthy that the 67th Commonwealth Parliamentary Conference (CPC) will be held in Sydney, Australia, from November 3 to 8 this year. This conference is the largest annual gathering of parliamentarians, who come together to discuss global parliamentary and political issues. Each year, the conference is hosted by a different Commonwealth Parliament.
