Vigilance Induction Training Concludes at Udaipur RTI

The Vigilance Induction Training organized by the Vigilance Department of North Western Railway at the Regional Training Institute, Udaipur, was successfully conducted from September 2 to September 6, 2024. This training session saw participation from 56 vigilance inspectors and investigation officers from regional railways, public sector enterprises, and the Railway Board.

Senior vigilance officials from the Railway Board and other regional railways delivered lectures to the trainees, covering in-depth knowledge about vigilance activities, sensitivity, and procedures. On the concluding day of the training camp, September 6, 2024, Mr. A.K. Gupta, Senior Deputy General Manager and Chief Vigilance Officer of North Western Railway, addressed the vigilance inspectors. He emphasized the importance of integrity for the nation's prosperity and discussed previous activities related to Vigilance Awareness Week 2024. Mr. Gupta also spoke about the role of vigilance in enhancing the image of Indian Railways and focused on system improvements to combat corruption.

The event was also attended by Mr. Manoj Kumar, Chief Vigilance Officer (S&M), and Mr. Jai Prakash, Principal of the Regional Training Institute, Udaipur.
