Ravi Kishan's Film "Mahadev Ka Gorakhpur" Receives Biggest Opening in the Last 20 Years for Bhojpuri Cinema

The narrative of changing trends in Bhojpuri cinema has been rewritten with the film "Mahadev Ka Gorakhpur," starring megastar Ravi Kishan. In the last two decades, this film has shattered records with its phenomenal opening, establishing a new milestone in Bhojpuri cinema history. 

Reports indicate a significant surge in box office collections until the writing of this report, reflecting the massive success of the film. Released in approximately 200 theaters across the country and 12 theaters in the United States, "Mahadev Ka Gorakhpur" has soared to success in both Bhojpuri and Hindi languages, setting new benchmarks.

The film, primarily made in Bhojpuri, is slated for release in other languages through dubbing, including Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam. "Mahadev Ka Gorakhpur" is now on track to become the biggest film in Bhojpuri cinema history. It's also the first Bhojpuri film prepared for release dubbed in South Indian languages.

Expressing joy over the film's monumental opening, lead actor Ravi Kishan states that audiences have embraced change, and it's imperative for Bhojpuri filmmakers to adapt to this evolution. He believes that when good films are made, audiences will surely flock to theaters, thanks to the blessings of Lord Mahadev.

The film "Mahadev Ka Gorakhpur" is penned by Sai Narayan and directed by renowned director Rajesh Mohanan. Distributed by Sinapolis on a large scale domestically and internationally, it has been released in 12 theaters in the United States. Producers Prateesh Shah and Salil Shankaran lead the production, with co-producers Arvind Singh and Amarjeet Dahiya, and executive producer Shankar Narayan.
