Bikaner: A 10-day Student Induction Program was organized for first-year students at Bikaner Technical University. Public Relations Officer Vikram Rathore reported that Vice Chancellor Prof. Ajay Kumar Sharma, in his address, emphasized that the main objective of the Student Induction Program is to help new students feel comfortable and adjust to the college environment. This program also inspires new students to advance in their careers, instilling confidence from their very first day in college. As soon as they enroll, they begin climbing the first step of their career ladder, making proper guidance and motivation crucial at this early stage.
Principal Dr. Yadunath Singh informed students about the essence of the National Education Policy, urging them to study with concentration, regularly revise what they learn, and approach their studies stress-free while collaborating with peers. He stressed the importance of understanding concepts rather than rote memorization, noting that concentration is the key to success.
The program began with an orientation session that introduced students to the scheme and syllabus, along with various subjects. During this time, students were also taken on an industrial visit aimed at providing them with practical insights into the corporate world and their field of study. They learned about the application of theoretical concepts as well.
