XLRI to organise CHRO Conclave ‘Metamorphose 2024’ between September 27th and 29th in Jaipur

New Delhi : As part of XLRI's 75th anniversary celebrations, the prestigious institution is organising Metamorphose 2024, a CHRO conclave that will debate and deliberate on the future of human resource management and leadership with McKinsey & Company being the knowledge partner. This landmark event will take place on September 27-28, 2024, at Taj Devi Ratn in Jaipur. 
Designed to inspire, engage, and empower the HR community, Metamorphose 2024 will have close to 100 of India’s top Chief Human Resource Officers (CHROs), thought leaders, and HR practitioners participate in the forum dedicated to exploring innovative strategies in human capital management.
Metamorphose 2024 is built around the theme ‘Emerge-Sustain-Lead’, reflecting the evolving demands on HR professionals to drive growth, build resilience, and lead with purpose in an increasingly complex world. Over one-and-a-half days, participants will engage in dynamic keynote sessions and deep-dive discussions addressing key topics such as agility in organizations, institutional capability building, and the future of HR leadership.
