Pratapgarh, On the occasion of National Education Day, a legal awareness camp was organized at the Government Girls Senior Secondary School in Chhoti Sadri. The camp aimed to educate students about the objectives of education, the National Education Policy, and how education contributes to overall development.
During the camp, information was provided about various welfare schemes run by NALSA (National Legal Services Authority) and RALSA (Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority). The students were informed about legal services for the protection and enforcement of tribal rights, the Legal Services Scheme 2015, prohibition of child marriage, the ban on post-death meals, and the Free Legal Education Act 2009.
Additionally, details were shared regarding various schemes launched by the state and central governments to benefit citizens. The initiative aimed to raise awareness among students about their rights and available legal support systems, ensuring that they are well-informed and empowered.
