Under the *Expa Cadet Training Program*, Cadets Learn Communication and Public Speaking Skills

Udaipur: The 5 Raj Girls NCC is organizing the "Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat" camp at the Bhupal Nobles Institute campus, which will continue until January 3, 2025. Camp Commandant, Lieutenant Colonel Manmohan Singh Rawat, warmly welcomed and congratulated the Expa team leader, Sreenidhi S, and her entire team. Under the leadership of Lieutenant Vinita Paliwal and Subedar Major Anil Kumar, the *Expa Cadet Training Program* was conducted for the senior wing and senior division cadets. The program included lectures on communication, listening skills, creative thinking, and mental abilities, along with psychological tests through mind games.

As part of the educational program, Subedar Major Udayveer Singh led a visit for the Junior Wing and Junior Division cadets of the Rajasthan Directorate to the Fatehsagar Lake and Saheliyon Ki Bari. 

It is worth noting that the members of Expa are NCC cadets who have traveled abroad under the NCC Youth Exchange Program (YEP). Through this program, selected cadets participate in cultural exchanges with youth organizations from other countries. Since its inception in 1979, nearly 5,000 cadets have participated in the YEP in recent years.
