Effective Governance In Higher Education

A week-long Administrative Development Program on "Effective Governance in Higher Education" was organized at Sangam University, Bhilwara, under the joint aegis of the Association of Indian Universities, Academic and Administrative Development Center, and Internal Quality Assurance Cell. Prof. Preeti Mehta outlined the program. Chief Guest and Vice-Chancellor Prof. Karunesh Saxena emphasized time management and stress control for institutional success. The first session focused on prioritization, work-life balance, and use of digital tools for stress reduction. Upcoming sessions will cover policies, service excellence, financial administration, data security, and digital governance. The program was coordinated by Dr. Seema Kabra.
