Sangam University to Host Jugaad Mela (2.0)

Bhilwara, Sangam University is organizing the annual "Jugaad Mela - Innovation the Indian Way" this year as well. The event, aimed at encouraging young talent in the field of science, will be held under the joint collaboration of Vigyan Bharti and Sangam University, Bhilwara. A one-day Science Model Competition, “Jugaad Mela - Waste to Test,” will be conducted on January 23, 2025. Winners will be awarded cash prizes and trophies for their entrepreneurial encouragement, provided by Sangam ITBI.

The University Vice Chancellor, Professor Karunesh Saxena, mentioned that like every year, the Jugaad Mela will be organized to motivate students interested in science and technology, helping to boost their academic activities.

Marketing Head Dr. Amit Jain stated that students from government, private schools, and ITI institutions, from grades 9 to 12, are invited to participate in this competition. Registrar Professor Rajeev Mehta confirmed that all preparations for the Jugaad Mela are complete.

University Pro Vice Chancellor Professor Manas Ranjan Panigrahi announced that registration for participants from government schools, private schools, and ITI institutions will remain open until January 20, 2025.
