#Diksharambh2024 : Success Tips by Vice Chancellor Saxena

*Bhilwara:*( Pawan Garg ) The *Diksharambh 2024* orientation program was organized at Sangam University for first-year students. The event, held on the first day in the Sangam Auditorium, began with a warm welcome and the university anthem. The university's Registrar, Prof. Rajeev Mehta, welcomed the new students and emphasized that with hard work and dedication over the next three years, they can achieve all their dreams. He also provided an overview of the university's history and activities.


The Chief Guest, Mamta Modani, President of Srijan Sansthan, encouraged students to participate in the activities of Srijan Sansthan and engage in social service. Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Karunesh Saxena introduced the university's faculty and staff and shared several examples to illustrate how to achieve success in life. His motivational address captivated the audience, and he emphasized that one's earnings are rooted in their learning. Renowned poet Yogendra Sharma delighted everyone with his poetry.


In the second phase of the event, senior students gave captivating performances, including a Shiv Dance and a band presentation. Pro-Vice Chancellor Prof. Manas Ranjan Panigrahi provided information about other university activities and academic rules. The Chief Guest unveiled the NEP book, the bi-annual magazine *Pratibimb,* and newsletters from the School of Arts and the Law Department.

The orientation program coordinator, Dr. Vinesh Agarwal, outlined the schedule for the next two days and expressed gratitude to all involved. The program committee members, including Dr. Anurag Sharma, Dr. Amit Jain, and Dr. Lokesh Tripathi, shared the orientation agenda and conducted mental aptitude games. Besides the new students, faculty members, deans, heads, NCC and NSS students, and others were present at the event. The program was expertly hosted by students Harsh Somani and Aanchal Chaudhary.

Special contributions to the program’s success were made by Dr. Vikas Somani, Dr. Shweta Bohra, Lt. Dr. Rajkumar Jain, Dr. Poonam Chauhan, Neha Shabbarwal, Dr. Kishore Singh, Pawan Atre, and Mahaveer Pareek.
