Art and Craft Workshop Organized at Pacific Medical University

Udaipur — A unique and creative Art and Craft Workshop was organized for the employees at Pacific Medical University, Udaipur. The primary aim of this workshop was not only to bring out the hidden creative energies among the staff but also to strengthen their mental well-being. The event was held in collaboration with Pidilite Industries, a company renowned for promoting art and innovation.

The workshop was inaugurated with a traditional lamp-lighting ceremony by the senior officials and distinguished guests of the university. Gopal Mathur, CMDI of Pidilite Industries, and Lalit Naithani, AMMD, were present as special guests on the occasion.

The workshop was led by the chief trainer, Dr. Raheela Ghodch, who guided over 35 employees through the intricate techniques of handicraft using Mouldit Clay. Participants experimented with this unique medium to create artistic figures and decorative items. Additionally, with the help of pastel colors, they explored the vibrant world of colors, beautifully expressing their thoughts and emotions on canvas.

Dr. Raheela remarked, "This workshop is not just a medium for teaching art but also a powerful tool for self-discovery and stress relief. Creativity mirrors mental health, and this platform allowed participants to express their inner worlds."

At the end of the workshop, an art exhibition was organized, where all participants showcased their creations. The depth of emotions, flights of imagination, and vibrancy of colors were vividly reflected in these artworks. The work of the participants was widely appreciated by all attendees.

The HR Department of PMCH, including Navneet Singh Gaur, Praveen, Mahendra, Kundan, and other team members, played a significant role in the successful execution of this creative initiative.

This event undoubtedly infused new energy, confidence, and creativity into the lives of the employees.
