National Seminar Organized

**Udaipur, A one-day national seminar was organized in the auditorium of Bhupal Nobles University under the joint auspices of the university and Rajasthan Sahitya Akademi. The seminar, titled 'Literature: Human Values, Social Concerns, and Diverse Contexts,' was conducted by the Departments of Hindi and Sanskrit under the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities. The Director and Dean, Dr. Shilpa Rathore, welcomed all the guests. 

Speaking as a special guest, senior critic Prof. Madhav Hada highlighted the significance of saint poets in the development of medieval religious literature and language. The chief guest, senior litterateur Prof. Kishan Dadhich, remarked that there is a noticeable decline in human values in the present times, and only through literature can humanity be re-established. The chief patron and chairperson of the seminar, Prof. Colonel Shiv Singh Sarangdevot, emphasized that in changing perspectives, emotions, cooperation, etc., of society are woven into literature. With technological advancements, social values are also evolving, making the role of literature even more significant.

Co-patron of the seminar, Mohabbat Singh Rathore, commended all participants, stating that such events provide researchers with a platform for their studies. Dr. Basant Singh Solanki, Secretary of Rajasthan Sahitya Akademi, Udaipur, extended gratitude to all the guests. Seminar patron Dr. Mahendra Singh Rathore sent his best wishes for the success of the seminar. The organizing secretary and head of the Hindi department, Dr. Hussaini Bohra, presented the seminar's outline.

In this hybrid mode seminar, 20 participants presented their papers. During the concluding session, Prof. Srinivasan Iyer, litterateur and art connoisseur, Prof. Malay Paneri, critic and dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities at Janardan Rai Nagar Rajasthan Vidyapeeth, Prof. Krishna Kumar Sharma, stylistician and critic, and litterateur Dr. Sadashiv Shrotriya shared their thoughts on various aspects of literature, human values, changing perspectives, and social changes.

Seminar co-secretary and head of the Sanskrit department, Dr. Pankaj Marmat, presented the seminar report. Finance Secretary Shakti Singh Karohi, Dean of PG Studies Dr. Prem Singh Rawlot, and all faculty deans and members were present. Organizing committee members Dr. Chandrarekha Sharma and Dr. Kirti Chundawat provided detailed information, stating that participants from various states presented their research papers and were awarded certificates. The seminar was conducted by Dr. Anita Rathore. This information was provided by the university's public relations officer, Dr. Kamal Singh Rathore.
