Udaipur. The Shri Giriraj Dharyashtakam Gungaan Mahotsav, organized by the Vishanagar Vanik (Paarakh) community, concluded on Monday. On this occasion, Vaishnavacharya Shri Divyeshkumar Maharaj (Indore-Nathdwara) delivered a sermon emphasizing that religious scriptures are the guiding force for improving our lives. He stated, "The world we perceive depends on our vision."
Maharaj explained that just as doctors heal the body, religious texts address the knots of our spiritual and mental selves. He also said that when we change our perspective, the world around us reflects that change.
Through examples from scriptures, Maharaj illustrated how certain tendencies manifest within us. For instance, when a father, overwhelmed by parental affection, doesn’t stop his child from going astray, the tendency of Dhritarashtra awakens. Maharaj also conveyed that true happiness comes only from the supreme bliss of the Lord, which cannot be found in the material world.
The program was conducted by Rupesh Paarakh, and community leaders such as Navneetlal Paarakh, Rakesh Paarakh, Mukesh Paarakh, Vikas Paarakh, Nitin Paarakh, Rupesh Paarakh, and Sanjay Paarakh welcomed Shri Divyeshkumar Maharaj with garlands.
