Implementation Meeting of Dharati Aaba Tribal Village Utkarsh Campaign

Udaipur, Udaipur Lok Sabha MP Dr. Mannalal Rawat emphasized that Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision is clear – the holistic development of tribal areas must be ensured. Through the Dharati Aaba Tribal Village Utkarsh Campaign, extensive development work can be carried out in the Udaipur parliamentary region, with no shortage of funds. He urged district-level officers to adopt an out-of-the-box approach for tribal development.

Dr. Rawat was addressing officials from various departments during a meeting at the Zila Parishad auditorium regarding the implementation of the campaign.

Benefits for Deprived Villages

Dr. Rawat stressed that areas witnessing remarkable development should be turned into role models. Under the campaign, over 1,000 villages in the Udaipur parliamentary constituency have been identified for development. He directed officials to prepare detailed plans and proposals for initiatives under their respective departments. He further emphasized that deprived villages must receive the benefits of government schemes, ensuring that rural communities do not lack basic infrastructure. He also called for an urgent resolution of mobile network issues in remote areas.

During the meeting, he reviewed progress on various schemes, including the PM Awas Yojana, road development, drinking water projects, Jal Jeevan Mission, Digital India Program, and the Pradhan Mantri Matsya Sampada Yojana, issuing necessary directives to concerned officials.

The meeting was attended by Zila Parishad CEO Ria Dabi, Municipal Commissioner Ramprakash, TAD Deputy Commissioner Ragini Damor, and several district-level officers.

Expression of Dissatisfaction

Dr. Rawat expressed displeasure over the lack of preparation in certain areas, such as physical connectivity, Ujjwala Yojana, hostel construction under the Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan, and the lack of clarity regarding how this initiative differs from other schemes.
