Udaipur: A series of inspiring and socially beneficial programs are being organized in memory of the late Indira Murdia as part of her birth anniversary fortnight. Dr. Ajay Murdia (Indira Enterprises) and Shraddha Murdia (Kashti Foundation) have initiated a noble cause to provide meals to 25,000 underprivileged children in shelters. This initiative aims to support their nutrition and bring hope and a brighter future to their lives.
‘Indira Swarangam’ – A Musical Tribute
Dr. Ajay Murdia stated that Indira Murdia had a deep love for music, and to promote this passion, last year featured performances by Padma Shri Anup Jalota and renowned lyricist Sameer Anjaan. Continuing this tradition, a special musical evening, Indira Swarangam, will be organized on March 25 and 26 for music lovers.
Event coordinator Dinesh Kataria informed that on March 25, legendary singer Suresh Wadkar will mesmerize the audience with Sur, Saaz Aur Wadkar, creating a unique musical atmosphere. On March 26, acclaimed director Vikram Bhatt will present Bhatt Music Virasat, featuring melodies from his grandfather Vijay Bhatt’s films, performed by Bollywood artists, with Vikram Bhatt adding his signature storytelling touch.

The objective of this event is not only to celebrate music and culture but also to drive positive change in society. Notably, on March 16, as part of this event series, Dr. Ajay Murdia (Indira Enterprises) organized a grand premiere of Tumko Meri Kasam at PVR Celebration Mall, Udaipur. This film, based on the life of Ajay Murdia and late Indira Murdia, is an emotional and inspirational tribute. The premiere witnessed the presence of the film’s entire cast, and the movie was officially released worldwide on March 21.
