Launches 'Jay Bapu, Jay Bhim, Jay Constitution Campaign' in Udaipur

Pankaj Kumar Sharma, General Secretary and Spokesperson of the Pradesh Congress Committee, launched the 'Jay Bapu, Jay Bhim, Jay Constitution Campaign' today at the Congress War Room in Rakshabandhan Dhanmandi, Udaipur, by releasing pamphlets.

Sharma stated that the campaign is aimed at honoring Mahatma Gandhi, Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar, and the three pillars of the Constitution—justice, equality, and democracy—against the ongoing attacks on them in the present day.

He further announced that Congress will organize a 'Save Constitution National Padayatra' to protect Dr. Ambedkar’s legacy, values, and the Constitution. This historic padayatra will take place from January 26, 2025, to January 26, 2026, spreading the message of unity, social justice, and equality across India’s villages and cities.

Sharma condemned the Home Minister's derogatory remarks against Dr. Ambedkar, calling them not only an insult to Dr. Ambedkar’s dignity but also a direct attack on the Constitution and democratic values of the country. The Congress Party strongly opposes such mentality and statements, urging the citizens to unite for the protection of the Constitution and democratic principles.
