**Chief Guest's Address**
The chief guest, Udaipur MP Dr. Mannalal Rawat, highlighted the significance of the newly notified Indian Justice Code, Indian Civil Defense Code, and Indian Evidence Code. He emphasized that these laws will bring substantial changes to the criminal justice system in India. Dr. Rawat mentioned that the central government has issued a notification to implement these laws from July 1, 2024. This will replace the existing British-era Indian Penal Code, Criminal Procedure Code, and the Indian Evidence Act of 1872.
**Cybercrime and Youth's Role**
Presiding over the event, Rajya Sabha MP Chunnilal Garasiya spoke about the increasing instances of cybercrime and the government's efforts to curb it through new laws. He urged the youth to stay educated and vigilant to protect themselves from cybercrime. Garasiya also called for coordinated efforts to spread welfare schemes to the public.

The main speaker, Additional Sessions Judge and Secretary of the Legal Services Authority, Kuldeep Sharma, provided an in-depth explanation of the three new laws. He stated that the main objective of these laws is to redefine various crimes and prescribe punishments, thereby overhauling the criminal justice system.
**Surya Ghar Yojana**
Assistant Director of the Central Bureau of Communication, Rameshwar Lal Meena, welcomed the guests and elaborated on the program's objectives. He explained the Prime Minister’s Surya Ghar Yojana, which aims to install solar panels in one crore homes, significantly reducing or eliminating electricity bills for low- and middle-income families earning less than ₹2 lakhs annually. Under this scheme, 300 units of electricity will be provided free every month.
**Sampurnata Abhiyan**
Sanjay Joshi, Deputy Director of the Women and Child Development Department, discussed the Sampurnata Abhiyan launched by NITI Aayog from July 4 to September 30, 2024. This three-month campaign aims to achieve completeness in six key indicators across aspirational districts and blocks nationwide.
**Tree Plantation Campaign**
During the program, guests participated in the “One Tree for Mother” campaign by planting trees. The event saw participation from over 300 students along with notable figures such as B.P. Sharma, Prof. Hemant Kothari, Dr. Pushpa Mehndu, Dr. Bindu Lauda, Dr. Manoj Joshi, Dhruval Shah, Pooja Sisodia, Praveen Kausar, Ram Paliwal, and Rameshwar Nagda.
