###Neerja Modi School Students Practice Yoga in the Valleys of Padampuri, Himalayas

Udaipur: Students of Neerja Modi School practiced yoga in the picturesque valleys of Padampuri in the Himalayas. They learned that yoga not only improves physical health and digestion but also maintains physical and mental balance.

In celebration of International Yoga Day, Neerja Modi School organized a yoga session under the guidance of physical education teachers, focusing on this year's theme, "Yoga for Self and Society." The session emphasized that regular yoga practice helps individuals remain free from mental stress and emotionally happy. Participants learned about the positive impacts of yoga on both individuals and society.

Dr. Mahendra Sojatia, the school's chairman, highlighted that yoga helps individuals develop self-control and self-discipline, fostering moral values in society. The aim of yoga is to enhance one's health by building strength and awareness in both body and mind. He stressed the importance of daily yoga and exercise.

Director Sakshi Sojatia also inspired students to practice yoga, emphasizing that it provides positive energy and keeps the body healthy. She advised that along with yoga and exercise, one should maintain a balanced and nutritious diet. Yoga not only increases physical strength but also brings mental peace.
