Prof. Lalit Chaturvedi Established New Dimensions of Public Service in Politics – Dr. K.K. Pareek

Kota, A tribute meeting was held at the Prof. Lalit Kishore Chaturvedi Auditorium, Press Club Kota, on the 10th death anniversary of former minister, MP, and founder of the Nirdhan Rogi Upchar Prakalp (Project for Treatment of Poor Patients), Professor Lalit Kishore Chaturvedi. The program was organized by the same project.

Delivering the keynote address, Dr. K.K. Pareek stated that Professor Lalit Kishore Chaturvedi was a true people's leader, always accessible for the service of the underprivileged and the suffering. The healthcare initiative he founded has, for decades, served thousands of poor patients. Today, it continues to function under the devoted leadership of social worker Pandit Anil Audichya, who is carrying forward Professor Chaturvedi’s legacy of service with great dedication.

Dr. Pareek further said that Professor Chaturvedi’s contributions to Kota's development are unforgettable. Major public welfare projects like the Medical College Kota, Super Circle Power Engineering College, Kota Open University, and Rangpur Overbridge were all made possible because of his efforts. The city of Kota will always remember his invaluable contributions.

Press Club President Gajendra Vyas remarked that Prof. Chaturvedi was the true architect of Kota’s development, and his stature was a matter of great pride for the city.

Pandit Anil Audichya, coordinator of the Nirdhan Rogi Upchar Prakalp, informed that earlier in the morning, fruits were distributed to patients at MBS Hospital. Additionally, a tree plantation drive was conducted at the Ganesh Temple near Kota Barrage. Dr. Vijay Sardana from the Medical College, Dr. Dharma Raj Meena, Superintendent of MBS Hospital, and Deputy Superintendent Dr. Karnesh Goyal were present during the fruit distribution.
