### Immediate Auction of Seized Minerals from Illegal Mining,

Director of Mines, Bhagwati Prasad Kalal, has directed that the minerals seized during actions against illegal mining activities be auctioned off as a priority to prevent them from being misappropriated. He also emphasized the need to expedite the recovery of penalties imposed during such actions.

DMG Kalal held a meeting with the department's field officers via video conferencing on Wednesday. He stressed the continuous action against illegal mining activities and regular meetings of the committees formed under the district collectors' chairmanship to ensure effective enforcement. He mentioned that Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma, who also serves as the Mines Minister, has directed a zero-tolerance policy against illegal mining activities. Additionally, Chief Secretary Sudhansh Pant and Mines Secretary Anandhi are regularly monitoring the situation.

Kalal urged the swift resolution of pending panchanama cases and efforts for early hearings in court cases to effectively present the state government's side and get stays vacated. He also advised using the powers granted under the Land Revenue Act if necessary and to work in coordination to minimize outstanding cases. He highlighted the need to implement the e-filing system effectively to reduce disposal time to the minimum and to respond solidly to cases received on the Sampark portal. Additional Director PR Ameta provided detailed information on cases and actions taken during the campaign.

During the video conference, TA Devendra Gaur reported on the progress in detail. Additional Director Jaipur, BS Sodha, and SME Jaipur, NS Shaktawat, stated that cases in the Jaipur jurisdiction are being effectively and regularly monitored, and actions for recovery and auctioning of seized materials are ongoing. 

Additional Directors Deepak Tanwar, NK Verwa, SME OP Kabra, Bhim Singh, Dharmendra Lohar, Avinash Kuldeep, Anil Khamesra, Satish Arya, KC Goyal, and other field officers of the department participated in the virtual meeting.
